At about 11:40 a.m. today, power abruptly cut out for businesses and residents along the corridor that joins Western Avenue, Elliott Avenue West and 15th Avenue West. According to Seattle City Light, an estimated 1103 customers were affected. Seattle City Light is investigating the cause and restoration of power is pending, as of the time of this post.

UPDATE: Many businesses and residences had their power back around 12:30 p.m., less than an hour after the outage.
